So I only thought it be about time someone {ME!} came up with a WordPress theme to match it. Introducing the Twitter WordPress Theme inspired by Twitter, of course.

It’s a very clean and simple theme, the major thing you will notice here is that the comment textarea comes before the comments itself ala Twitter.

The special thing about this theme is that you can create a “Socialize” page, which you can view on the test site, so that people can leave you random thoughts, just like on Twitter.

Except of course here they will just be targeted towards your blog and whatever topic you pick. It’s a great way to start a conversation about something and leave your readers to debate between themselves.

OK, so this theme is all about giving importance to the one thing that either makes or breaks your post, Your Title. A lot of bloggers, me included, cannot stress enough how important a good title is for your posts. I tend to spend at least 10 - 15 minutes thinking up one, by the time I’m done with my post I’ve probably revised it like 3 or 4 times. If not more.

So yeah, Titles Are Important!

I think this theme will help you write better ones. Generally, this theme can be used by video bloggers as the front page will show your latest video posts, along with another featured written post. Down below your titles will be shown, along with comment numbers, instead of a mile long blog front page.

This addresses a few concerns -

• The load time is considerably less, as you are only loading two posts and a bunch of titles.
• Your home page is not miles long.

To prepare for this theme so it works well with your blog, follow these steps -

1. Create a category called “Featured” so that your featured posts will show up on the home page.
2. Create a category called “Videos” so that your video posts will show up on the home page as well.
3. Edit your email subscription option in the “tabs.php” file so that people can subscribe via email. Please read the ReadMe file once you activate the theme for more details.
4. The footer has three widgetized areas which show up on the home page and all inner blog pages {Sidebar 1, Sidebar 2, Sidebar 3}.
5. The single posts and inner pages have one extra sidebar {Sidebar 4}.
